The KEYENCE CA-DC30E is a dedicated LumiTrax™ LED illumination controller engineered for reliable lighting control in industrial machine vision systems. It provides stable constant-current control for compatible KEYENCE LED lighting and is designed for use with XG, CV-X200 and CV-X100 series vision systems.
The CA-DC30E provides two lighting control channels using dedicated 6-pole circular connectors and supports up to 81 W of lighting capacity. Illumination intensity can be digitally adjusted across 255 levels, allowing precise control of lighting conditions for demanding inspection applications.
For high-speed machine vision operations, the controller supports synchronization with the camera's trigger and shutter speed, with a response time of 1 ms or less. The controller operates on 24 VDC ±10% and can draw up to 5 A at maximum load.
