The Koyo DirectLOGIC 405 D4-440DC-1 is a high-reliability, slot-mounted Central Processing Unit (CPU) module engineered for sophisticated industrial automation and sequential control applications. Manufactured in Japan under the PLC Direct by Koyo label, this vintage processor module handles complex logic processing across discrete, analog, and high-speed counter setups.

Equipped with dual communications ports on the faceplate, the top DB15 port establishes direct logic links to PCs running DirectSOFT programming software, handheld programmers, or local HMI panels. The bottom DB25 port acts as a dedicated slave configuration supporting DirectNET and K-Sequence communication protocols up to a maximum baud rate of 19.2K. Designed to slide directly into slot 0 of a DL405 rack base, it draws low inrush current and runs entirely on 24 VDC power supply setups.
