DEIF Full-Auto Synchronising Relay is an industrial automatic synchronization controller designed for applications where a generator or electrical source must be synchronized with a busbar or another power source before breaker closure.
The relay continuously evaluates key synchronization parameters such as frequency difference, voltage difference and phase-related conditions and provides control signals to assist with automatic synchronization. The front panel includes adjustable controls for Δf Max, ΔV Max, Xp, TN, TBC and synchronization frequency setpoint, allowing configuration according to the connected power-generation system.
The unit features clearly marked status indicators and a TEST/RUN selector, making it practical for commissioning, troubleshooting and maintenance operations.
