This high-performance, 2-channel switching amplifier converts intrinsically safe discrete signals from hazardous field areas—such as NAMUR proximity sensors, optocouplers, or mechanical contacts—into standard non-intrinsically safe relay signals for safe-area control PLCs.

Engineered with three-way galvanic isolation between the inputs, outputs, and the 24V DC auxiliary power supply, it prevents high-voltage spikes from breaching explosive zones. The front control panel features intuitive DIP switches, enabling operators to seamlessly manage Line Fault Detection (LFD) and signal output inversion independently per channel. Its space-saving DIN rail mountable housing makes it ideal for dense control cabinets in oil, gas, chemical, and heavy industrial applications.

Dual-Channel Isolation: Dual-channel intrinsic safety (Ex i) configuration provides complete safety by galvanically separating field devices from the control system and power supply.
